SIMPLE INSTALLATION FOR GLASS W/O BACKING PLATE
o, Remove all existing glass from the mirror head’s plastic inner platform (backing plate).
o Apply the adhesive patches and/or silicone/urethane to the replacement mirror’s back or to the backing plate itself.
o, Align and press replacement mirror to the backing plate. (If heated, plug in the leads)
o, Clean the installed mirror with urethane-safe glass cleaner.
SIMPLE INSTALLATION FOR GLASS W/ BACKING PLATE
o, Remove the broken mirror along with the backing plate. If the mirror is heated or signal type, disconnect terminal leads.
Tip: Use a small piece of cardboard or plastic item on edge of the mirror head when prying off the backing plate to prevent causing damage.
o Align and snap in the new replacement mirror.
